Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 20, 2026

BillDueApp is operated by LISB (Leading Innovative Site Builders), lisb.org (“we,” “us”).

BillDueApp helps you track bills and income and reminds you before bills are due. This page explains what information it keeps, where it’s stored, and your choices.

What we collect

What we don’t collect

We don’t ask for bank logins, card numbers or account numbers, and we don’t connect to your bank. Please don’t store full account numbers or passwords in notes.

Where your data is stored

New or replaced phone or computer

Because your data is stored on our server, you can use BillDueApp on a new phone or computer, sign in with the same email and password, and everything comes back. You can also use more than one device at the same time. Reminders are set up per device, so turn them on again on each new phone or computer (Settings → Turn on reminders).

Offline changes: changes made while offline are saved only on that phone or computer until it reconnects. If a device is lost, broken or reset before it syncs, those unsynced changes can’t be recovered.

How it’s used

Only to run the app: show your bills, send reminders you asked for, send account emails (like password resets and email-change confirmations), and keep your account secure. We don’t sell your data, show ads, or share it with advertisers.

Cookies and storage

We use one secure cookie to keep you signed in, and your browser’s storage to keep the app working offline. We don’t use advertising or tracking cookies.

Outside services

Push notifications are delivered through your device’s push service (Apple, Google, Mozilla or Microsoft). They receive only the encrypted notification and your device’s push address — not your account data.

Households

If you join or invite someone to a household, everyone in it can see and edit the household’s bills, income, payment history and receipts.

Backups

We make daily automatic backups, including copies stored securely off the main server, so we can restore your information if something goes wrong. Backups are kept private and are deleted automatically after about 30 days.

Security

All traffic is encrypted (HTTPS). Passwords and sign-in tokens are stored hashed, and each person can only access their own household’s data. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Keeping and deleting data

Children

BillDueApp isn’t intended for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes to this policy

If we make important changes, we’ll post an announcement in the app and update the date above.
