Terms of Use
Last updated: October 20, 2026
BillDueApp is operated by LISB (Leading Innovative Site Builders), lisb.org (“we,” “us”). By creating an account or using BillDueApp, you agree to these terms.
What BillDueApp is
BillDueApp is a reminder and tracking tool. It does not pay bills for you, does not connect to your bank, and is not financial advice. You are responsible for paying your bills on time and checking amounts and due dates with your providers.
Reminders aren’t guaranteed
Notifications and emails depend on your phone or computer, browser, settings, battery, internet connection, spam filters and outside push services. Reminders can be delayed or missed, so don’t rely on BillDueApp as your only way of tracking important due dates.
Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use BillDueApp.
- Keep your password private and your email address current. Password resets are sent to your account email, so if you lose access to that email you may not be able to recover your account.
- You’re responsible for activity on your account.
- Only enter information you have the right to store.
Devices, offline use and switching devices
- Your data is saved to our server, so you can sign in on a new or replaced phone or computer and get your bills and history back. You can use more than one device at the same time. Turn reminders on again on each new device.
- Changes made while offline are stored only on that device until it reconnects. If the device is lost, broken or reset before syncing, those changes may be lost.
- Clearing your browser data or deleting the app from your home screen signs you out on that device but doesn’t delete your account.
Households
Anyone you invite to your household can see and change its bills, income, payment history and receipts. Only invite people you trust. Members can remove other members or leave at any time.
Acceptable use
Don’t try to access other people’s data, overload or disrupt the service, break its security, or use it for anything illegal. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
Your content
You own what you enter. You can export or delete it at any time.
Changes and availability
The service may change, be updated, pause for maintenance, or end. We’ll try to give notice of major changes through an in-app announcement. We may update these terms; continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the new terms.
Backups and data loss
We store your data on secured servers and make regular automatic backups. Even so, no online service can guarantee that data will never be lost — for example, because of hardware failure, hosting problems or other events outside our control. To the fullest extent the law allows, we aren’t liable for lost or damaged data. We recommend exporting a copy of your data from time to time (Settings → Your data).
No warranty
BillDueApp is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, LISB isn’t liable for late fees, missed or duplicate payments, overdrafts, lost data, or other losses resulting from using or being unable to use the app.
